運用技巧：
 雙面編織（double knitting)  ，是利用兩種不同顏色的線織出正反面顏色相反的方法。有時候在一些機器編織的配色毛衣/毛帽上也可以看見此種編織，不過手工製作則會需要一些練習，才能達到一般編織的速度，與避免出現正反面鬆緊度不一的情況。另外，由於是雙面編織，故針數會是織圖圖樣針數的兩倍，十分適合用於磨練耐心 !
